Review on Demy BSK Reflectors Red Bicycle Kit by Loren Jacobson

The reflector itself is excellent. It does exactly what it's supposed to: it reflects the light falling on it. It exposes a metric screw for attachment to the bracket. So far, so good. And then the problems begin. First, the mounting bracket is fairly limited in terms of the amount it can support. The manufacturer really should state the supported range. Secondly, the mount will break if you look too closely. I'm not joking. I ordered several to attach to my bike trailer. One broke off during installation! The part between the real reflector and the part that goes around the frame is incredibly fragile. A gust of wind and the reflector flies away. Seriously, that makes it an expensive piece and makes me shudder: only two stars for this bad design. This defect led to an impairment! The good thing is you can fit a reflector without this part if you have the space - and the right mounting angle - for it. Without: You have a useless reflector.
