In general, the pump is normal. If your car tire is flat, it will get the job done, but it will take a long time. The air hose is very short and it would be better if it was longer. If you put it on the ground during operation, the vibration will scratch the body (see photo). The alternative is to hold it in your hand for as long as it lasts. Somewhere in the description it says that a car adapter cable is included, but it isn't. The USB port dropped from the vibrations and now I can't charge it (see photo). Now I'm forced to buy a car adapter cable on top of what I've already spent. For the price I wouldn't buy again. Pros: Works as advertised, easy to store Cons: Inflation time can be long, no car plug adapter cable, short air hose
