This product will definitely work. I could see a brightening the next morning after using it the first night. But I also noticed increased tooth sensitivity in the late afternoon of the same day. I have used this product in the past. But I got the Zoom Whitening Kit from my dentist. I have never experienced sensitivity. I believe the strength of what my doctor gave me was 16% like this one. Maybe because I haven't bleached for a long time. I plan to keep using it but I can use it every other day or 2-4 hours during the day. Instead of staying 5 days in a row. I will probably also use Sensodyne toothpaste during application. Update: 06/16/2020 I missed my whitening day. I used it last night and when I woke up there was no sensitivity. I used Sensodyne toothpaste at bedtime before putting on teeth whitening trays. I also took Advil Liquid.Gel just in case. (My dentist usually recommends taking one of these after dental procedures to reduce inflammation or pain, so I figured it couldn't hurt.) So this morning my teeth felt good. No pain or sensitivity. I will continue to use Sensodyne on the days I continue whitening. Hope that helps.
