I first got this monitor about a year ago. It worked fine for a few months until the left half of the screen started flashing random green and red pixels. I was told I could send the monitor in and have it repaired under warranty. I sent the monitor in and when it came back there was a crack in the bottom left corner of the screen. This crack, in turn, caused distortions on the left half of the screen. I contacted support again and was told I had to send it back. In the following week I had to write support 3 times before I finally received a shipping label. I sent the package back to FedEx and waited a few more weeks to receive my monitor. I received the monitor yesterday and to no surprise there is now an even bigger crack in the top left corner of the screen. I contacted customer service and asked for a full refund. I was told I would receive one, but I need to return the monitor. I messaged support today because I received a tracking number that exactly matches my other repair tracking numbers. I was then told I would NOT receive a refund and they would be happy to have the monitor repaired again. I have no idea why the original rep thought you could lie about a refund, but here we are. I'm so fed up with this problem. I'm tired of receiving broken products and being scammed by LG customer service.
