I'm 5ft 6in and 8 months pregnant so I have a big belly and flared hips. But for reference, while I'm not pregnant I weigh about 150 pounds and distribute my weight fairly evenly on my body. The recommended size for me was medium, but based on some reviews and photos I decided to order a size large, and I'm glad I did .These shorts are short and tight, yet very breathable and comfortable. I think they will fit the same after I have a baby. I wear them inside the house and to bed, but personally I wouldn't wear them outside as they are too revealing for my liking. I was looking for shorts to wear at home so this is exactly what I wanted!
