I love the concept and the product and the robot works like a horse but you definitely need to give it a rest and change the microfiber pads more often when the windows are dirty. The only thing that bothers me is the poor quality of the remote control, which broke after the second use. The engine is loud. it does its job and helps get to higher windows by removing the stairs from the picture, which is great. Perhaps future products will have a less silent motor and a more reliable remote control.
