The support provided by this team was very helpful in handling several issues related to trucking transportation services at our organization, particularly around expedited shipments. I would strongly recommend them as they provide excellent customer service which has resulted in increased efficiency within my department. This program does not have much flexibility when it comes to selecting trucks/drivers from different vendors. There are some limitations depending upon what type and size vehicle we need but if those options exist then please utilize their website! Their staff can be contacted via email and phone calls so there isn't really anything negative about contacting them directly. We were able to use their transport management programs to track all scheduled loads within an account allowing me to keep tabs on everything without having multiple spreadsheets open simultaneously ensuring accurate tracking of goods shipped.
