I love this monitor. I don't know what's up with other guys reviews.
For another review. I'm not sure what you're doing wrong, but it's a touchscreen monitor. I bought two of these and love them very much. They tilt almost horizontally and we're perfect for what I need them for. USB-C was a plus as there was only one cable from the computer to the monitor. The touch is very precise, the screen feels solid. The photo shows 2 folded monitors.

- The monitor makes an annoying beeping sound when switched off.
