In general, I recommend it. I take this at night and before a workout in the morning before a workout. It's a little difficult to separate the effect of this and the pre-workout, but I'm sure there's an added boost (I took the pre-workout alone for a while before adding Regain's Max). Maybe it's my imagination, but I really think it helped me shed some fat without any other major dietary changes. This is a good use of your money for a month to try yourself and keep going. A few people have commented on the taste. I see that the taste might not be for everyone, but I like it. It strikes a good balance between being pleasant and telling you it's a supplement and not some fruity-sweet, cloying garbage. The taste tells me it's great, and we figured out how to make it pretty tasty without bombarding you with sugar to mask the taste.
