Very bad.: Oral care
I have worn this boil in a pouch mouthguard for many years. Ever since I started playing sports as a kid and wore them to grinding my teeth until I was 40. It's absolutely awful, too much plastic/rubber, I've tried and tried but couldn't get a tight fit. The only way to get close to a proper fit is to remove the bleed pin, but once you do that it closes and I found it impossible to open again. Don't waste money. Terrible product that cannot be made comfortable.
