As a hesitant buyer, i purchased these decorations for my daughter`s birthday party. However, I was quite disappointed with the quality. The colors were not as vibrant as advertised and the paper material was flimsy .As my tests showed the balloons easily deflated and the banner tore easily. The only pro was the quick delivery time.
