Bigger than expected, good images, quality book, but too pretty and spendy

I got this because it was free and I've been wanting to make a new vision board, but it's almost too nice to cut up, unlike the free magazines I grab in the medical building lobby on the richer end of town. The book is larger than the listed size, though, which limits its usability somewhat due to limited space in this house; it's 8-3/4" by 11", and about 1/4" thick. The image selection is pretty good; I could make vision boards for a few dozen different subjects if I chose, from travel goals to saving up for a house to getting my fitness back to where I was before being diagnosed with multiple chronic illnesses. The printing is decent, and the paper is fairly thick but uncoated, so the ink can tend to bleed if painted over with a clear acrylic medium. The cover is a fairly thick paperback cover with a matte finish. Mine came with a small insert inside the cover inviting me to download a Best Month Ever-themed stationery PDF from their website, though I don't know if all the books will have that.I wish that every other page wasn't a full-page image; I realize that makes it easier to lay out a book designed to be cut up, but it's just as easy to use the same template for the front and back of an individual page in InDesign so that items can be cut out without taking chunks out of other images. I don't have the space to use most full-page images, as my vision boards have to fit an 11x14 frame or fit an A5/half-letter sketchbook/journal.
