The charging port is easy to damage.

It was great when it arrived but after about a week or so the charging port got damaged somehow. You could not connect a chord. I have issued a refund. The replacement did the same. The charging connector is broken again. We treated this new one like we were wearing gloves. It's just easy to damage it.
