The best part is that it's free for basic needs, like indexing documents with metadata or searching through large datasets of images/videos etc., which can be costly otherwise! It has helped us solve our problems in terms of data storage & retrieval using Elasticsearch! There are some limitations to its features compared to other paid products out there such as AWS Kinesis Firehose etc but overall I'm very happy we've made this decision now rather than later when things start costing money :). We used them primarily because they were one-stop shop solution (both client side + server end) where all our queries could go thru without having to worry about setting up servers ourselves - plus their support team was great too at solving any issues quickly!!
