Excellent heat insulated mug. That's all. My 7.99 blender bottle grinds powder better than this one. I was overweight and started using protein powder again as a meal replacement and also for snacking. I have to keep shaking this thing to break up the protein powder. I've tried adding more liquid, less liquid, ice or whatever to see if it's user error and I add a lot or a little but I think it just doesn't break the material. It might be my protein powder but that's what I use and I don't switch to just smashing it up in a shaker. My lid didn't close for the first day and a half either. Then I played with it and in the end it slammed shut. Also, I'm afraid to use a pen because of all the other reviews. I emailed the company and they never replied to me, but in the end I understood everything. In the morning only the Gronk team should be concerned with improving the blender part of everything. Super easy to clean. I just clean with soap, brush and hot water and then let it dry. Overall a decent cup, they just need to improve on the powder breaker design.
