These so-called lanterns were my first experience of lighting a paper lantern at night. I even bought an extra pack because the description was so compelling - BIG MISTAKE! 1. I had to thread a rope through them to hang a lantern in them, but I knew it. What I didn't know was how many of them would fall apart if I tried to put them on before pulling out the tag. 2. I hung two on a rope thinking they would light my lanterns. Hardly. 3. When it got dark, 6 sets of lanterns were unscrewed and lying on the driveway. I was able to assemble them and turn them all on. So disappointed in the fact that they barely lit the paper lanterns. 4. Oddly enough, they lit up a few days after the event. They were as bright as at the event. I took our new one out of my pocket to compare. Don't waste money. And I thought I made an educated decision when I bought it. I even read a lot of reviews.
