It is quick easy efficient time saving tool that allows me create my own task list or use existing templates from other companies such as Pega which has many great features built right into it allowing seamless integration. I dislike having all tasks assigned at the beginning but there are ways around this like assigning milestones if needed instead. The benefits we receive from using SmartPM over our old method was better accuracy resulting shorter response times reducing costs overall. It is very easy to use, it has all the features that are necessary for a PMO. There are some limitations when it comes to importing data from other tools, but this can be easily solved once the user is familiarized with the functionality. I would recommend using this tool because it allows us to manage our workflows and tasks, and it also helps us keep track of our deliverables. We have reduced our time to complete a project by about 80% compared to our previous process.
