I received my package via UPS Ground from California to Wisconsin in less than a week. Suitcases were well packed, 3 out of 4 were in perfect condition. However, 1 cover looked like someone had tried to install it before. The wire bracket holding the lid in place looked scratched. I had a little trouble installing them. This is my second set of winter tires on steel rims. Last winter I had a cover come loose somewhere, probably from cornering too fast, so I decided to just buy a new set of 4. This kit was pretty cheap. This set felt too loose with the hangers in the "normal" position. When the temples were in the alternate/extended position the lids would not attach and I was afraid they would break. I ended up using the "normal" hanger position, but the cases seemed very easy to remove by hand (literally with a finger or two). This may be because I just washed the wheels and applied Armor All to the tires. Some of the shine may have gotten onto the painted surface of my wheels making them slippery. After a month of use, not a single lid fell off. I plan on cleaning and reinstalling the hubs and hopefully this will provide a tighter fit. This is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars so I can change my rating. In general, I am satisfied with both the product and the seller.
