Nice but not as strong as I would like
They work quite well and have a slight bend that seems to make them easier to use. But they are not very hard. I can't shake the feeling that if I put too much pressure on a potato or a large piece of cheese, I'll instantly snap the handles. I think they work best for smaller or softer items. They are little better than the dollar store versions. 3 stars for the price but only 2 stars for the quality of the product.
