After learning about the poor water quality earlier this year, my family and I decided it would be best to buy 5 gallon water bottles and use them as our main source of water for cooking drinking and cooking to use. However, we didn't want to believe the 5 gallon water coolers as we don't have room for them in our tiny kitchen. So we bought this product instead, thinking it would allow for easy setup and save us space. Well the design was quite tricky at first upon delivery as the instructions were unclear but after a few tries we managed to figure out a way to securely place the dispenser on the gallon spout. After that we are more than satisfied with this product to this day. Unfortunately, after three months of daily use and proper care, the dispenser stopped working because nothing happens when you press the button. We charged it all night and no progress. That's why I'm giving this product two stars instead of one just because when it worked it worked flawlessly. I want this product to last longer.
