So the instructions say that you need to clean the place where you want to put the mount, remove the protective film and stick it on the window, dashboard or somewhere. I've done this in several different places and every time it crashes. The last time it fell it hit the cup holder so hard (since I was on the freeway) bounced off and has since broken one of the damn bits that are supposed to hold your phone in place. What's even more frustrating is that my mom has the exact same product and has NEVER had a problem. So yeah I'm not happy and now that it's broken I can't use it and can't send it back for a replacement.
