useless piece of metal

I bought two of these for both of my cars. Increase in performance and increase in mileage are not noticeable. A car has poor mileage. Then I started looking at all the test lab reports that confirmed what I found. It's useless. Another fuel saving trick. I informed the company 3 times (they have a money back guarantee) and they never replied. Don't waste money.
