StarTech is worth the extra cost as it delivers exponentially higher performance.
I used to buy KVM switches and never had anything that worked as if it was connected to a real computer. There is always a problem with an external device of one type or another. StarTech devices have a reputation for superior quality but are more expensive than devices from other brands. I ended up spending the extra money on StarTech and all I can say is that it's the most worth the extra cost. The case, the quality, the performance is far better than anything I've had. Now I will only buy StarTech. Great quality works as described, great shipping from Revain Prime.
