Love it. Great fit. I am 5 feet 4 inches tall and weigh 168 pounds. There is enough room in the shoulder straps to stretch for taller and heavier people. I love that the insulated pocket has room for ice packs to keep the water cool so I can fill my bladder with all the water. The other pockets have plenty of room for everything you might need on a day hike, including the ability to put items in the insulated pocket that you might want to keep cool as well. My only issue was with the bite valve. But then I discovered this. has an open position. Maybe those with more experience will figure it out automatically, but it took me a few minutes to figure it out. The attached images show the difference between the closed and open positions. Before drinking, all you have to do is gently pull on the valve.
