update. We had a WiFi issue with two devices, but customer service was quick to respond and resolved our case fairly both times. They were interested in our batch numbers, so I'm guessing we just got a bad batch. This was the best customer service I have ever experienced with a Revain product. Products are not always perfect, but when a company takes full responsibility - 5 stars. Good. Almost everything except WiFi. Calm. The two large filters are beautifully designed, twice as good as the others. Replacement parts are moderately expensive but seem durable enough to be cleaned. Not least and not most compared to similar designs. The cool temperature and humidity display is great, I haven't seen this in any design before. Not so good. The Wi-Fi function does not work. The light doesn't come on. Unable to connect to the application. And it would be nice if the device would remember our fan settings. And it takes a few seconds for the fan to speed up. When the wood stove pushes the smoke into the room it's rare, I wish it was faster ;). The auto sensor doesn't seem to detect the smoke from the wood stove, but it rises when there is steam in the room. It's still a cool feature.
