I'm 6ft 0in, 155lbs and the shirt fits me well (a bit loose but I'm quite skinny, it has NOT a yard of extra fabric to fit it really heavy guys so I'm happy. As it's a good cotton/poly blend it really really doesn't need ironing if you run the dye machine on low and take it out once the drying cycle is up As I really do ironing hate, I even brought a second shirt of the same color but in a different color.
