Includes almost everything you need to install it on your golf cart. I only needed some zip ties as the round frame of my 2003 Yamaha G22a was too big for a zip tie. Another thing that would be nice are shrink connectors for the wires. Also, it was a very easy installation. The instructions are very clear throughout the installation process and even have color photos! As for long-term use, I can't say anything yet as I just received and installed it last night. The only thing I would call annoying is the app. I think it could be better. The app controls the lighting, but cannot easily save the settings. You hit a setting in the scene option and it will revert to a rainbow. If you force it to stick with what you chose, it will sometimes work for a while and then switch to something else. Aside from the three small issues I've described, they appear to be very well made, easy to install and look fantastic under my shopping cart. If the app issue I mentioned was fixed it would definitely be 5 stars.
