Effective but requires repeated use.

Effective but requires multiple uses. This is not a one-time process. It takes several times to effectively remove a dent. One thing I found extremely helpful was applying a quick coat of wax and sanding it down before beginning the process. This makes removing the glue much easier. And you have to watch out for those little blue pieces because they'll come off and fly all over the place. Also, getting a few dents off my hood even on the body lines around the hood contour has saved me a lot of money.
