Doesn't Get Hot

I have this setting at 85 degrees Fahrenheit and I've never seen it get that hot. Stays pretty stable at 77 which doesn't say much because my house is set to 75. The pad feels a little warm but not sure if it's just not accurate or not working.

Pros
