Imperial drill sizes would be advantageous

My only complaint is that the manufacturer left the drill size too large for the buyer. The recommended metric drill, which converts to 3/8 inch, would be too large. A clean vertical hole drilled 11/32" will work for 1/4" threaded nuts as long as they are not jammed (repeatedly drilled). As soon as I change size I will update this otherwise great product.
