I need a full refund. I don't have thick hair, but it's curly. This hair dryer sucked my hair several times, which was never mentioned in the description. Does the description just say it doesn't dry as quickly as other hair types? For example, do manufacturers understand that it is dangerous? The filter on the back is intact but my hair is still sucked in and the blow dryer damaged my hair. Takes me back to when I was a kid and my hair was tied up if the fan was too close. Also, as other reviews have noted, the hair dryer is incredibly loud. It's quiet from afar, but when you're close, like any hair dryer when you dry your head, does it literally hurt? Even on the lowest settings. I'm pretty sure it's over 85dB, which is harmful to human hearing. Please contact me so I can get a refund for this. I can't find any information on how to contact the company from my end.
