You can't trust the front door of this thing. Get out of the way and struggle to get the door back in place while your cat might go crazier than a standard pet carrier just slamming shut on his butt. And then there are screws/bolts that don't screw tight, just fasten with a plastic lock ---- I lost a couple of these screws/locks on a regular door hanger; I would have to glue them in place or replace them with wire. The most important NOT QUIET test just to bring it all together. Slide the lid all the way down AT THE SAME TIME trying to hold the metal door in place. and repeat it a million times to make it work.
