Was difficult to assemble with only pictures and no written instructions. To attach the upper part to the lower part, you only need 4 screws with plastic inserts. 2 out of 4 plastic parts were damaged so I couldn't use them. Instead I had to use zip ties. Totally dissatisfied with this purchase!

I have had many cat carrier bags and this is by far the best, even the cat loves it - no need to load all paws forward! Spacious, plenty of room for blankets and toys. And the company that makes them is very nice, the box was missing a piece and they sent me the missing pen very quickly. I recommend it!

This carrier was perfect for our cat. We sometimes take our cat to friends for babysitting and have had a real problem carrying her in a carrier in the past. This one was perfect because he walked in with no worries. Always recommend it to everyone. Loved how it slides in and out which made it feel so comfortable.

Everything was perfect and easy to install EXCEPT. The cage's metal door is too big for the narrow entrance into the white environment. The cage door can't get out from under the white plastic panels unless I use a lot of force, injuring my hands and possibly damaging the product itself! If the door had been installed correctly or a little smaller I wouldn't have this problem. I've been trying to fix it for an hour but no luck

The base I received was slightly warped but I managed to put it together with some effort. It seemed to slide smoothly, but the door had to be shaken to close it. Once it worked as well as I could I sprayed in some Feliway and decided to give it a try but my cat was completely horrified at the sliding mechanism! She jumped out and ran to hide as soon as the box started moving. Came back for a refund and would not recommend this design unless you have a very laid back cat.

You can't trust the front door of this thing. Get out of the way and struggle to get the door back in place while your cat might go crazier than a standard pet carrier just slamming shut on his butt. And then there are screws/bolts that don't screw tight, just fasten with a plastic lock ---- I lost a couple of these screws/locks on a regular door hanger; I would have to glue them in place or replace them with wire. The most important NOT QUIET test just to bring it all together. Slide the lid…
