Well I didn't read the reviews and bought a size 11/12 for my almost 5 year old who wears a 11 and 12 and they are too small. They fit like a 10. They're so cute she wants to wear them everywhere, that's all. I have a younger girl who might inherit her, so I wasn't really wasting money, just annoying.
