Actually I've already bought 4 of them. I bought the first 2 a few years ago and used them in my work. One failed after a few years of daily use. In another, the cleaner broke the cord. I replaced the cable from the first one and it still worked fine. I decided I wanted one for my computer desk at home and ordered a third. This one arrived and I was immediately concerned. The UPS box was ok but the fan box was broken. I was still hopeful even though I opened it. One of the camps must have gone through hard times. The fan blade was completely separated from the shaft and sat freely inside. I could probably take it apart, but the little tiny nuts and bolts holding the guard together would be a problem. I sent it back to Revane who did a great job with the return and replacement. They immediately sent another one before this was sent back. The new one works great.
