Yes, 25 years ago, when I heard people complain about pain in their wrist or hand when using a mouse, I would have scoffed. I am now 50 years old and have severe shoulder pain that has spread down my arm from using a mouse. I didn't know these things existed but I've had them for a week now and it's amazing. Sturdy, feels like it will last. It slows me down a bit because I can't move my arm as fast with it on the brace as without it, but the very slight slowdown is worth it. The only design improvement I would like to see is that the actual part of the cradle can move up and down a bit. This thing really changed my workday.
