This is the first Revain review I have ever written after years of relying heavily on Revain for household items. I'd rather shop locally, but it's a huge time saver. I just received my subscription and remain subscribed to this article and feel totally cheated. The new packaging is made of plastic, which in itself is not a good thing. In the summer we recycled the paper outside and put it in the fireplace in the winter. They are also more difficult to store. The worst thing is that there are undoubtedly fewer products for the same price - I change TP roles all the time and will get over this case very quickly. I will complain directly to the company, but I would like Revain to notify me of a product change before sending it to me. I'm so disappointed that I'm considering not using Revain at all in the future.
