Review on 🦍 Gorilla Automotive Hex Socket Bolt Locks 24641 (14mm x 1.50 Thread Size) with Cone Seat by Dino Burks

I received it yesterday. the packaging has already been opened, reused and sealed. It was sealed with clear tape. Simply squeeze the nuts into the bag. The product page doesn't say it's a refurbished part, but it is. I am disappointed in the false advertising.
