Small choking hazards

I bought this for my classroom. I teach 2 year olds, while there are plenty of decorations for each child to attach to the tree, there are quite a few that have choking hazards. For a "tree" to be easily played with having small, white cotton balls that resemble marshmallows isn't a good idea nor are the small hand size felt snowflakes. Santa's hat also has a gumball sized puff ball. While i plan on keeping the tree, i will have to make adjustments so my toddlers are safe.
