Too small for a pencil case.
It's really cute and easy to clean. I bought it because I wanted to use it as a pencil case and take it to work. Then I can dry it off before putting it back in my bag. But it doesn't last much. I couldn't fit everything that was in my old pencil case. Pens, markers, white paper and small scissors. Probably useful and long enough for makeup brushes.
