This product produces a lot of data and dashboards in the app but I don't know if it's accurate or does something. My first complaint is the export report feature. It's useless. It combines 20 screenshots from the app into one tiny JPEG. Completely useless to look at. I am giving customer support one star for ignoring my email advising of this fatal error. No answer because they don't care. As for error codes, there weren't any during testing. I had error codes on my 2018 Maxima and bought this to see if it would catch them. I ran the app before, during the error codes and after before turning the car off and nothing showed up. There are no errors in the application, everything is fine. I took my car to the dealer and they looked at it. I'm glad the $1200 sensor replacement was under warranty. Pros: Loss of information and dashboards. Cons: Useless report export, poor customer service, doesn't capture expected error codes. Maybe it's good for catching simple things, but don't linger to find out.
