Original rating: I like the simple operation. The instructions are clear. The speedometer shows me how fast I am. What I don't like is that the whisk wobbles, the connection mechanism is unreliable - it breaks easily and gets stuck on the end of the whisk attachment shaft. It's annoying because I can't switch impact heads unless I manage to remove the linkage mechanism with pliers, which can eventually chip or damage the plastic part. PS: Picture shows how the plastic plug got stuck inside. Updated Review: I would like to update my review for a number of reasons. First of all I would like to say that the customer service is top notch; I bought the product in November and requested a refund because there was a mechanical problem with the nozzle. Not only did I get a refund, FoodVille sent me a replacement which I didn't ask or ask for, so that was a really nice touch on their part. They even emailed to test the replacement to make sure it worked properly. In terms of replacement, I've been using it a few times a week for the past few weeks. I haven't had to charge yet and the problem I had with the previous one doesn't appear. I recommend this product. It's good to know that you can rely on the company's excellent customer service.
