I bought them in medium and large size for my 13-14 lb cat. The medium size was enough so I sent back the large which would have been nice to put in but was too bulky for her as it is slightly larger in diameter. It looks so cute on my Maisie and is adjustable enough to clip so she can't take it off but also doesn't get in the way while eating or using the toilet. She wears it so we don't chew on our tummy because of allergies. Her open wound is now healing and getting smaller. I bought a second one to wash and it still has something to wear. She doesn't like wearing it, but she's adapted and uses it as a pillow quite often when she sleeps. I love that it's so soft and doesn't irritate my throat.
