The vacuum cleaner itself works great, but there is a flaw at the end of the telescopic rod that holds the tools: it doesn't "grab" the tool and won't let you need to screw it tight, causing the tools to fall off often. I somehow figured out how to use the suction to hold them up and then ordered two more sticks to hold them in different places as they are hard to move when not having suction and lo and behold, one of the two additional telescopic poles that I bought works. as it should (a world of difference) and the other not. 2 out of 3 telescopic sticks do not hold any instruments.
