We needed a vacuum cleaner for all types of floors and one that could pick up pet hair. It couldn't pick up pet hair. This vacuum cleaner was not easy to use and uncomfortable to put on. The strap was cheaply made and couldn't support the weight of the vacuum cleaner. I felt like I was suffocating. Even though it had suction power, the tips kept falling off the wand. We returned it. Don't waste your time buying.

The vacuum cleaner itself works great, but there is a flaw at the end of the telescopic rod that holds the tools: it doesn't "grab" the tool and won't let you need to screw it tight, causing the tools to fall off often. I love this vacuum cleaner very much. I'm a tall girl so most vacuums require me to bend down to use them and it hurts my back. This thing allows me to stand up straight. I bought it to clean my apartment and I am very happy with it. The only issue I had is that it connects to a connection point that you have to remove from the back to reconnect if it slips off when you connect it.
