While it may seem strange to get excited about a vacuum cleaner, I'm excited! I've owned cleaning companies for many years and I don't want to try a backpack vacuum. I've always heard that they're clunky, heavy, and don't clean carpets very well. I am pleased to report that in this case these reports cannot be far from the truth. This device has such powerful suction that it lifts the mats when cleaning. We now stand on them to hold them in place and they will clean up. The vacuum is very easy to maneuver when carrying it, and areas that we had to treat two or three times with a standard vacuum are now clean after one pass. I had some concerns about the noise level disturbing my staff, but it's also a lot quieter than I expected. To be honest, it's quieter than our regular vacuum cleaners. That really impresses me. EFFICIENCY! When you own a cleaning company, time is money. This car cut my salary by almost 25%! Rooms that used to take an hour to clean are now cleaned in 30-45 minutes. I can tell you firsthand that saving 15-30 minutes per job adds up quickly! The price of this vacuum cleaner is incredibly cheap. If you compare it to the Wide Area Windsor which I just replaced with this ProTeam unit, I can honestly say I will never buy another wide area vacuum again. I paid just over $400 for this vacuum compared to the Windsor Wave for $2500. Having used this vacuum for almost 2 months I am ready to buy another for the new cleaning contract we just signed. This is now my favorite vacuum cleaner. I have a complaint. The wand that the device comes with is less than stellar. The plastic connector that holds the floor nozzle fell off after about 3 weeks of daily use. I contacted support and they referred me to a local supplier who replaced the entire assembly same day and free of charge. I was very pleased with their quick response to my emergency.
