When I plugged in the dongle and turned on the mouse, it immediately brought the PC back to the Windows 10 login screen. Worse, the PC refused to work with both the fingerprint scanner and manual password entry. Only entering the PIN code worked. I thought I might have done something wrong, but every time I turned the mouse on it did the same thing. I don't need this thread! This may work on a Smart TV but not on my PC. Also, the pointer is a bit vague, although it may take some practice. And you can't tell which mode prints uppercase or lowercase.
