Bought this a while ago and have been using it for about a week , before the pad turned itself off every time I moved it. Thinking that the wires in the USB cable came loose, I replaced it with another one. It took me a while until the second cable change to realize that the damn receptor connector inside the pad was deteriorating: the chip inside was so loose and moving that it looked like it was about to come loose! Either cheap cabling or little infrastructure to keep the receiver port in place will do the trick, but either way the device is clearly not designed to be robust, which is bad business practice for both the people who sell and make it. This is the final step and while I can find someone who can fix it, the company that made it should do a better job with the quality of their products. I mean, not only is the USB connector actually defective, but the support pad is already starting to peel off (which I could easily ignore, except that it could potentially expose wires, which could pose a safety hazard). If the seller or any other party associated with this seller is reading this, please let the manufacturer know what needs to be fixed or find a manufacturer with better product quality.
