It's ok for the price. I ordered one of the black ones, not just for the color but (I thought) the hooks on the front looked much better as they were fully covered in a soft, non-slip rubber material. However, metal does not penetrate these rubber caps. They will hold up well for most purposes like small laptops and tablets, but I wouldn't use this one for anything heavier because they just don't have the front metal hook under the rubber. Also, the support rods are a bit tricky to fully insert into the slots, the narrow part at the top that actually snaps into the slots seems a bit short, it works better at smaller angles. It was cheap and easy to use so I'll keep it for myself but I'll look for another model to carry heavier gear. Thank you for coming to my TED Talk.
