connection problem.
I bought this product to manage 4 computers and it works fine until the computer you selected goes to sleep. If the computer is in sleep mode and you touch the mouse, the computer wakes up, but then neither the keyboard nor the mouse work unless you restart the device and enable the USB connection for the keyboard. What I also don't like is that you can't turn off the device when not in use, unless you unplug the power cord on the back or plug it into a switched power supply. I wrote an email but haven't received a reply for over a week.
